Grace Partnership is headed by two partners, Leo Cho and Stephen Kim, each with distinctive areas of expertise that complement each other in harmony. Leo D. Cho, AIA, LEED, is the founding Principal of Grace Partnership Inc. of Los Angeles, which has developed a strong reputation for the design of a wide range of major shopping centers, residences, retails, plants, restaurants, and religious centers. He graduated from the University of Hawaii, Manoa in 1989 with a background in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Currently, he heads the design and the research branch of Grace Partnership, Inc.

Leo D. Sang Park, AIA, is the associate Partner of Grace Partnership, Inc. of Los Angeles. She graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology. She heads the public work sector of Grace Partnership, Inc. with much expertise in manufacturing, restaurant, and multi-family residences.
