Leo D. Cho, AIA, LEED, is the founding Principal of Grace Partnership Inc. of Los Angeles, which has developed a strong reputation for the design of a wide range of major shopping centers, residences, retails, plants, restaurants, and religious centers. He graduated from the University of Hawaii, Manoa in 1989 with a background in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Currently, he heads the design and the research branch of Grace Partnership, Inc.
Stephen Kim is the founding Partner of Grace Partnership, Inc. of Los Angeles. He graduated from the Southern California Institute of Architecture in 1991 with background of business management from University of California, Los Angeles. He heads the design-build branch of Grace Partnership, Inc. with extensive experience in designing manufacturing, residential, retail, and restaurant spaces.
Sang Park, AIA, is the associate Partner of Grace Partnership, Inc. of Los Angeles. She graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology. She heads the public work sector of Grace Partnership, Inc. with much expertise in manufacturing, restaurant, and multi-family residences.
