Our People
Leo Cho AIA is a founding Principal. His relentless love for the profession of architecture drives him to continuously elevate the caliber of firm. He currently oversees all project aspects and operations. He graduated from University of Hawaii with a background in mechanical engineering from UC Berkeley.
Stephen Kim is a founding Principal. With his extensive knowledge and experience in commercial and food-related projects, such as retail, restaurants, markets and food manufacturing, he oversees all projects to deliver top-notch services in a timely manner. He graduated from Southern California Institute of Architecture.
Chan Kwak joined the firm in 2008 after graduating from USC and is now the General Manager/Senior Project Manager. He has been one of the most vital members of the organization, managing the largest projects and clients. He is also an ordained pastor currently serving a local church he has planted in 2018. He strives to be blessing to everyone.
Sang Mi Park, RA has been with the firm since 2002 and currently is a Principal. With her unrivaled drive and focus, she elevates the design team to a higher level of performance on every project. She has been an invaluable contribution to the success and drive of the company. She graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Richard Nam, RA graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and has over 40 years of experience in architectural design, supervision, construction/project management, and real estate development. He is responsible for the overall coordination and quality control of major projects.
Daniel Kim, RA is a Principal and client leader responsible for working closely and meticulously with clients to deliver an exceptional design product. He has the keen ability to think beyond the architecture and intimately understand all aspects of a client’s needs by working directly with all parties from investors and brokers to landlords and tenants. He designs with passion and loves his family. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Stuart Ahn, RA as an Advisor and a Sr. Architect, adds a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise to the firm, with his 50+ years of impressive track record as an architect, a general contractor, a construction/project manager, a real estate developer and a public servant. He is a powerhouse behind projects with his relentless energy and unrivaled insights.
